1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp with your Order ID.

  • Once the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse.

  • In case you still wish to cancel, it will be treated as a return and applicable return and logistics charges may be deducted from the refund amount.


2. Return Policy

Furniture items are large, customized, and carefully manufactured; hence, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

2.1 Eligible Conditions for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • The product delivered is defective or manufacturing-damaged.

  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

2.2 Return Request Timeline
  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must share clear images or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture.

  • Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or installation.

  • Normal wear and tear, color variations in wood or polish (natural wood characteristics).

  • Items without original packaging and accessories.


3. Replacement Policy
  • If a return request is approved, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the issue.

  • Replacement timelines may vary based on product availability and manufacturing time.


4. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed only after quality inspection of the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • Any reverse pickup, transportation, or handling charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.


5. Transit Damage Policy
  • Please inspect the product at the time of delivery.

  • If the outer packaging is damaged, mention it on the delivery receipt or refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

  • KingFurnitureArt will not be responsible for damage reported after 48 hours of delivery.
